Washington Capitals star Alex Ovechkin, in time for the Capitals 2019 Stanley Cup run, is back on TV with a new Papajohn’s Pizza commercial in the D.C. area promoting the ‘Ovechkin Special’.
The commercial begins with two guys on the couch complaining about their hunger. Who answers the call? Alex Ovechkin with a gap-toothed smile, some Papajohn’s pizza and his signature phrase, “Pizza’s here!”
The commercial is not quite as funny as Ovechkin’s SportsCenter one but, it gets the message across.
