Chairman Richard Neal has asked the IRS to produce six-years of tax returns for president Trump which was made through a huge loophole in the tax system.
As Jeff Dunetz points out, Roll Call asked several members of Congress, including Chairman Neal for their tax returns and Chairman Neal refused.
