Palm Sunday is also referred as “Passion Sunday.” It marks the triumphal entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, an event that marks the start of Holy Week for Christians.
“Put on the whole armour of God, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

In Mark 1, John the Baptist’s ministry prepares the way for Jesus’ message in two ways. First, he reminds people of their sins. Second, he transitions their thinking from national salvation towards an individual salvation.
In Matthew 5, as part of intro to the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus went up the mountain; and after he sat down, he taught the disciples.
In this verse, Paul provides specific guidelines in Philippians 4:8-9 on how to live in God’s peace by our closeness with Him – ‘Abiding in the God of Peace’.
